Rights
Kentucky citizens have the right to peaceful assembly and press.
Kentucky citizens have the right to reasonable access to personal protection equipment and unconventional tools.
Kentucky citizens have the right to affordable housing.
Kentucky citizens are afforded the rights to be secure in their person and property. Exceptions for this require a valid warrant or exigent circumstances while on personal property, or probable cause when on public property.
Kentucky citizens have the right to a trial (as long as they abide by all reasonable terms), a law consultant (during all law enforcement questionings and during a trial), to not be tried for the same crime twice, nor shall they be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Kentucky citizens are afforded bail for the duration of their trial unless they have previously abused this privilege. The bond amount is equal to half of the maximum fines charged. While on bond you are presumed to give consent for search of your person while detained. You will forfeit your bail if you are charged with a felony while on bond.
Kentucky citizens have the right to a speedy trial or a thorough trial.
Kentucky citizens have the right to make an arrest if a felony has actually occurred and they have probable cause to believe the person arrested committed it.
Obligations
Kentucky citizens are obligated to remove all face coverings and identify themselves when lawfully detained.
Kentucky citizens are obligated to reasonably assist law enforcement for a reasonable amount of time during a lawful investigation. Non-consensual interrogations are to last no longer than 15 minutes.
Kentucky citizens are obligated to pay all taxes, fees, and fines levied on them in a reasonable amount of time.
Kentucky citizens are obligated to travel safely on all roads and walkways.
