All laws must be followed at all times. 1 month = 10 minutes in-game. Prison time may not exceed 12 months without a court order.
General Infractions
Driving at speeds exceeding the posted speed limit.
Discretion is permitted based on the severity of the offense.
Up to $100 Fine
Parking, with no revisable permission, in an Illegal Zone.
Illegal zones include government facilities, areas impeding traffic, and places that endanger pedestrians or drivers.
Up to $200 Fine + Vehicular Impound
Repeated changing of lanes without due cause.
Repeated lane switching is G-03, permanent driving in the wrong lane is G-04.
Up to $200 Fine + Vehicular Impound
Driving on the left side of a dual highway.
Only G-04 if subject permanently (or for an extended amount of time) is driving on the left side. Repeatedly switching between lanes of traffic is a G-03 offence.

Failing to stop at a traffic control device.
Traffic control devices include stop signs, red lights, blockades, and police roadblocks.

Failing to stop by command of an emergency vehicle.
Includes ambulances, police vehicles, and military convoys.

Operating a vehicle deemed unroadworthy.
Includes off-road vehicles, unregistered vehicles, and damaged vehicles.
Up to $200 Fine + Vehicular Impound
Consuming alcohol or being intoxicated on public property and disturbing public peace.
Up to $50 Fine
Wearing a face covering that prevents identification by law enforcement.
Officers may order individuals to remove face and head coverings of individuals they have lawfully detained.
Up to $75 Fine + 2 Months Jail Time
Conducting oneself in a way that breaches social norms and disturbs others.
Charges only apply if the victim presses charges.
Up to $150 Fine + 2 Months Jail Time
Prank-calling 911, lying to dispatchers, or any other behavior that occupies the emergency frequency.
Up to $150 Fine + 2 Months Jail Time
Participating in a violent protest without the authorization of local or federal government.
If organizing the riot, upgrade to GM-19.

Improper disposal of waste in public spaces.
A small quantity of discarded items that generally have low impact on the beauty, value, or ecosystem of an area.
Up to $200 Fine + 1 Month of Community Service
Acting in a manner that disturbs public peace.
Applies to public fighting, causing public disturbances, etc.
Up to $100 Fine + 3 Months Jail
Remaining in a public space for the purpose of gambling, or for partaking in mind altering substances.
Up to $50 Fine
Crossing the street outside designated crosswalks.
There must be a crosswalk within a reasonable distance from the infraction.
Up to $25 Fine
Creating excessive noise or discomfort in public (e.g., loud music, shouting).
Applies to individuals and businesses.
Up to $75 Fine
Refusing to provide proper license or permit when requested by appropriate law enforcement agent.
Drivers License for driving - Hunting License or Fishing License for hunting and fishing.
Up to $100 Fine
Entering and remaining on private property when asked to leave or entering into restricted property.
A person must be given an opportunity to leave after they have been warned. A restricted property is a property that has posted signs restricting access and/or fencing or gates to restrict access.
Up to $150 Fine + 1 Month Jail
Gathering in a public space which causes a disruption to traffic or normal operations, without proper authorization.
If the gathering becomes violent, upgrade to GM-19.

Defacing public, government, or private property without permission.
Includes graffiti, small damages, or property defacement.
Up to $100 Fine + 2 Months Jail + Damages
Allowing private property to become unsafe or unsightly.
Includes failing to repair damages, overgrown yards, or unsafe buildings.

Obstructing a public pathway, sidewalk, or road.
Includes placing objects or vehicles that obstruct the public right of way.

Urinating in a public space.
Up to $50 Fine
Placing signs, banners, or advertisements in public areas without permission.
Includes handbills, posters, and signs on public property.

Failure to control pets or allowing pets to create a nuisance in public.
Includes excessive barking, failure to clean up after pets, and leash violations.

Excessively using water resources during periods of restriction or drought.
Up to $200 Fine
Ignoring instructions from authorized crossing guards in public zones.
Up to $100 Fine
Generating excessive noise during restricted hours.
Applies to construction, parties, and loud machinery. Unless other ordinances or permits are in effect. General restricted hours are 10PM to 6AM.

Smoking in areas designated as non-smoking.

Transporting items on public roads in a vehicle without securing them safely, causing debris or hazards.
Up to $200 Fine
Dumping waste, garbage, or hazardous materials in unauthorized locations.
A large or hazardous quantity of discarded items that generally have high impact on the beauty, value, or ecosystem of an area.
Up to $500 Fine + 6 Months of Community Service
Using public utilities, parks, or spaces for unauthorized purposes (e.g., washing cars, electrical theft).
Up to $100 Fine
Parking or placing objects in designated fire lanes.
Fire lanes must remain clear for emergency use.
Up to $200 Fine
Discharging fireworks without permission or in restricted areas.
Up to $150 Fine
Spitting on public property, creating a health or safety hazard.
Up to $25 Fine
Failing to clean up after a pet in a public space.
Up to $50 Fine
Obstructing public transport services or access points.

Operating a vehicle while it carries more passengers than legally permitted.

Operating a street vendor or selling goods in public areas without proper permits.

Walking against pedestrian crossing signals, causing traffic disruption.

Soliciting funds, goods, or services without a legal permit.
