General Misdemeanours
GM-01 Simple Assault Misdemeanour

Threat of physical violence or act of physical violence towards another person(s).

If actual harm or a threat of a weapon is used upgrade to Aggravated Assault.

Up to $400 Fine + 6 Months Jail

GM-02 Aggravated Assault Misdemeanour

Commits an assault with a dangerous weapon or other means or force likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm, or intentionally inflicts grievous bodily harm with or without a weapon.

Upgrade to F-10 (Murder) if the victim dies.

Up to $500 Fine + 12 Months Jail

GM-03 Possession of an Illegal Blade Misdemeanour

A felon in possession of a blade other than a pocket knife without industrial purpose.

Must have work-related documentation for legality.

Up to $100 Fine + 1 Month Jail

GM-04 Resisting Arrest Misdemeanour

Failure to comply with an officer attempting to arrest a suspect.

Lawful arrest must be established for charge.

Up to $100 Fine + 4 Months Jail

GM-05 Petty Theft Misdemeanour

Theft of items under $5,000 in value.

Over $5,000 upgrades to F-04 (Grand Theft).

Up to $100 Fine + 10 Months Jail + Damage Restitution

GM-06 Possession of Fake Identification Misdemeanour

Possession of forged government-issued ID.

Up to $150 Fine + 3 Months Jail

GM-07 Vandalism Misdemeanour

Destruction or damage of property without consent.

Includes vehicles, small items, or property.

Up to $300 Fine + 3 Months Jail

GM-08 Vigilantism Misdemeanour

Attempting to enforce law without legal authority.

Up to $300 Fine + 12 Months Jail

GM-09 Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order Misdemeanour

Willfully disobeying an officer's lawful order, in a manner that impedes an officer's lawful duties.

Ordering someone out of the car during a traffic stop, ordering a driver to present their ID, and ordering bystanders to stay a reasonable distance back are just some examples.

Up to $150 Fine + 2 Months Jail

GM-10 Failure to Identify Misdemeanour

Refusing to identify when legally required.

Citizens must give their full government name or show a valid ID when ordered to do so while lawfully detained by Law Enforcement.

GM-11 Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer Misdemeanour

Knowingly providing false information to law enforcement during a lawful investigation.

"Information" could be: incorrect name, address, or any personal information.

GM-12 Obstruction of Justice Misdemeanour

Interfering with a law enforcement investigation or operation.

Includes hiding evidence, preventing arrest, etc.

Up to $300 Fine + 4 Months Jail

GM-13 Failure to pay a Ticket/Fine Misdemeanour

Failure to pay a ticket/fine in the correct time period.

GM-14 Disturbing the Peace Misdemeanour

Conduct causing public alarm or disturbance.

Up to $150 Fine + 5 Months Jail Time

GM-15 Attempted Theft Misdemeanour

Attempting to steal but failing.

GM-16 Inciting a Riot Misdemeanour

Provoking or starting a riot.

Downgrade to G-11 if only participating.

GM-17 Identity Theft Misdemeanour

Using another person's identity for personal gain.

Up to $500 Fine + 4 Months Jail + Damages

GM-18 Forgery Misdemeanour

Falsifying or altering documents to deceive or commit fraud.

Applies to legal documents, checks, contracts, etc.

Up to $500 Fine + 4 Months Jail

GM-19 Bribery Misdemeanour

Offering money or favors to a public official in exchange for special treatment or services.

Includes law enforcement, government officials, etc.

Up to $750 Fine + 3 Months Jail

GM-20 Public Indecency Misdemeanour

Engaging in lewd acts in a public space or in view of the public.

Up to $200 Fine + 5 Months Jail

GM-21 Disrupting a Public Assembly Misdemeanour

Disrupting a lawful assembly, meeting, or gathering through loud or violent behavior.

Up to $200 Fine + 10 Months Jail

GM-22 Assaulting a Law Enforcement Officer Misdemeanour

Physical attack on a law enforcement officer while they are performing their duty.

Up to $750 Fine + 15 Months Jail

GM-23 Reckless Endangerment Misdemeanour

Engaging in actions that could cause harm or risk to the public.

Up to $500 Fine + 12 Months Jail

GM-24 Criminal Trespass Misdemeanour

Unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling or business despite warning or signage.

Up to $300 Fine + 5 Months Jail

GM-25 False Reporting Misdemeanour

Filing a false police report.

Alleging a crime to a Law Enforcement Officer that you know is false. If it's just a 911 call downgrade to G-11.

Up to $500 Fine + 10 Months Jail

GM-26 Disorderly Conduct Misdemeanour

Behavior that causes disturbance, danger, or harm to the public.

Up to $200 Fine + 5 Months Jail

GM-27 Perjury Misdemeanour

Any individual who knowingly makes a material false statement during official proceedings while under oath, or in pursuit of a warrant shall be found guilty of perjury.

Up to $500 Fine + 3 Months Jail

GM-28 Attempted Robbery Misdemeanour

Taking a substantial step towards committing a robbery, but ultimately failing.

Up to $300 Fine + 1 Month Jail

GM-29 Contempt of Court Misdemeanour

Failure to comply with court orders or acting in defiance of the court.

Judges have wide discretion, including fines, jail time, wage garnishment, or driver's license suspension.

Up to $9,000 Fine + 12 Months Jail

VM-01 Operating a Vehicle Without a Valid License Vehicle Misdemeanour

Operating a valid motor vehicle without a valid license.

A valid license must be on file in the database.

Up to $150 Fine + 1 Month Jail

VM-02 Operating a Vehicle With a Suspended License Vehicle Misdemeanour

Operating a valid motor vehicle with a suspended license.

A suspended license is one that has been suspended or revoked by law enforcement.

Up to $300 Fine + 2 Months Jail

VM-03 Reckless Operation of a Road Vehicle Vehicle Misdemeanour

Operating a motor vehicle with such disregard for public safety that it poses risk to other road users or pedestrians.

Includes driving 20 miles or more over the speed limit.

Up to $300 Fine + 4 Months Jail + Damage Costs

VM-04 Impeding Traffic Vehicle Misdemeanour

Leaving your motor vehicle in the middle of the road so that it impedes traffic, or driving at such slow speed that it impedes traffic.

Impeding Traffic: stopping the flow of traffic.

VM-05 Drunk, Distracted, or Impaired Driving Vehicle Misdemeanour

Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or medicine that impairs your vision/actions.

Up to $300 Fine + 2 Months Jail

VM-06 Operating a Street Competition Without a Valid Permit Vehicle Misdemeanour

Initiating a street competition without proper authorization.

Street competition includes racing.

Up to $300 Fine + 2 Months Jail

VM-07 Operating an Unregistered Vehicle Vehicle Misdemeanour

Operating a vehicle without valid vehicle registration or license plates, or storing it at a public location.

Up to $150 Fine + 1 Month Jail

VF-01 Felony Evading Vehicle Felony

Evading the police while using a motor vehicle.

Add VM-03 if damage is caused.

Up to $300 Fine + 2 Months Jail

VF-02 Felony Hit and Run Vehicle Felony

Fleeing from a scene of which you hit another person with your vehicle.

Must cause serious injury or death.

Up to $400 Fine + 6 Months Jail

VF-03 Felony Public Endangerment Vehicle Felony

Conducting an act, while operating a vehicle, so dangerous that human lives are in danger of death or serious bodily injury.

Up to $500 Fine + 4 Months Jail

VF-04 Vehicular Manslaughter Vehicle Felony

Causing death through vehicle operation without premeditation.

Up to $600 Fine + 8 Months Jail

VF-05 Reckless Operation of an Aircraft Vehicle Felony

Operating an aircraft in a reckless manner.

Includes unsafe landings or flight paths.

Up to $100 Fine + 4 Months Jail

VF-06 Felony Speeding Vehicle Felony

Driving at a speed that could cause death or severe injury.

Discretion is permitted.

Up to $150 Fine + 2 Months Jail

VF-07 Grand Theft Auto Vehicle Felony

Stealing or attempting to steal a motor vehicle.

Up to $500 Fine + 6 Months Jail

VF-08 Street Racing Vehicle Felony

Engaging in illegal street racing or organizing such events.

Up to $500 Fine + 4 Months Jail

Drug Charges
DC-01 Possession of an Illegal Substance Drug Misdemeanour

Possession of illegal drugs such as crack, cocaine, heroin, meth, or other banned substances.

Illegal drugs include: Meth, Cocaine, Crack, Acid, Ecstasy, Speed, Shrooms, including any products containing or produced from cannabis.

Up to $500 Fine + 3 Months Jail

DC-02 Sales of Narcotics Drug Felony

Selling or attempting to sell illegal drugs.

Possession of more than 15 units of any substance may qualify for intent to sell.

Up to $600 Fine + 4 Months Jail

DC-03 Drug Manufacturing Drug Felony

Manufacturing, producing, or harvesting illegal substances.

This could be in personal property or related property.

Up to $1,000 Fine + 6 Months Jail

DC-04 Drug Trafficking Drug Felony

Large-scale possession or transportation of drugs suggesting intent to distribute.

Possession of more than 1,000 units of illegal drugs or materials commonly used in making illegal drugs.

Up to $1,500 Fine + 8 Months Jail

DC-05 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Drug Misdemeanour

Possession of items used for drug consumption or production (e.g., pipes, syringes, chemical equipment).

Up to $100 Fine + 1 Month Jail

DC-06 Possession of Controlled Substances Drug Misdemeanour

Illegal possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription.

Up to $150 Fine + 2 Months Jail

DC-07 Possession of Drugs with Intent to Distribute Drug Felony

Possession of large quantities of drugs indicating intent to distribute.

Possession of more than 100 units of illegal drugs or materials commonly used in making illegal drugs.

Up to $1,000 Fine + 4 Months Jail

DC-08 Drug Importation Drug Felony

Importing or attempting to import illegal substances across state or international borders.

Up to $2,000 Fine + 6 Months Jail

Weapon Charges
WC-01 Brandishing a Weapon Weapon Misdemeanour

Displaying a weapon with the intent to intimidate or strike fear into others.

A weapon consists of any item used with intent to strike fear.

Up to $300 Fine + 2 Months Jail

WC-02 Carrying an Unlicensed Firearm Weapon Misdemeanour

Possession of a firearm without a valid permit or license.

Display charge with type of firearm involved.

Up to $600 Fine + 3 Months Jail

WC-03 Assault with a Deadly Weapon Weapon Felony

Using a deadly weapon to commit assault.

Includes firearms, knives, or any item capable of causing serious harm or death.

Up to $1,000 Fine + 8 Months Jail

WC-04 Possession of Illegal Firearms/Weapons Weapon Felony

Possessing firearms that are prohibited by law (e.g., fully automatic weapons, sawed-off shotguns).

This can also be possession inside of property or on your person.

Selling firearms without a valid license or selling restricted firearms.

Possession of firearms in quantities that suggest illegal distribution or sale.

You cannot have this charge without already having WC-04.

OT-05 Possession of Harvested Organs Felony

Being found in possession of human organs acquired through illegal means.

OT-06 Tampering with Organ Donation Records Felony

Falsifying or altering organ donation or medical records to facilitate trafficking.
