Illegal Extensions Property Infraction

Property owners must receive a permit in order to extend their property lines or add extra parts of a building.

Building parts being removed. Eligible for Police Search. Up to $500 fine.

Using a Domestic Address as a Store Property Infraction

Property owners (unless given permits) are only to use domestic addresses (houses) as they are intended to be used. Home owners may not use their home to do business. Small sales of their own belongings are acceptable (garage sales, selling small amounts of fruit/vegetables).

Building parts being removed. Eligible for Police Search. Money gained from business being taken away, sale property being taken away. Relevant licenses being revoked. Up to $500 fine.

Unlawful Agricultural Land Usage Property Infraction

Property owners (unless given permits) may not use their home to engage in larger than small amounts of fruit/vegetable agriculture reasonable for personal usage.

Agricultural goods to be seized by law enforcement. Eligible for Police Search. Money gained from agricultural development taken away. Relevant licenses being revoked. Up to $500 fine.

Unlawful Residential Land Usage Property Infraction

Construction of residence or other form of building on city land such as parks or forests are considered unlawful unless given special permission by the city.

Building parts being removed. Eligible for Police Search. Up to $5,000 fine issued to violator.

Violation of Standard Population Density Rules Property Infraction

Property owners (unless given permits) are only to use property within population density limits per room. No more than 2 residents may reside in any room in a dwelling at any given point. Enforcement is done through perception of beds placed inside the residence.

Property rights to be revoked by state. Eligible for Police Search. Up to $1,000 fine per person living unlawfully in violation of density rules.

Unlawful Residential Land Usage (County) Property Infraction

Construction of residence or other form of building on county land that is occupied under a label of protected land (such as parks or nature reserves) are considered unlawful unless given special permit.

Building parts being removed. Eligible for Police Search. $5,000 fine issued to violator.
