Premeditated Acts

• Premeditated attempted murder or assassinations must be proposed, planned, and approved via a criminal ticket
• This includes stalking, planned ambushes, or contract-style killings

Exemptions

The following do not count as premeditated:

• Shooting someone actively breaking into your home
• Spontaneous, unplanned scenes that escalate naturally

Death & Respawning

• A player may always choose to respawn
• Permadeath only occurs if the target explicitly agrees
• No player may force or imply permadeath
