We've got a lot in the works here at Kentucky Roleplay, and to name some features/changes coming soon to a KRP server near you:
- New and improved admin tools to bring players a better experience
- Fine additions to our gas pumps mod that make managing a gas station easier
- Lockable windows are now... Properly lockable
- Respawn/downed state system has been completely reworked to work properly and be more intuitive
- Decimals are now supported for our economy (yes, that means cents were added)
- Wallets have been reintroduced- Store your cash in them to prevent your money being lost on death
- ... and tons of bug fixes
So you might have some questions about some more specifics here, and we're happy to elaborate on them. First and foremost:
Yes! Cents are added alongside our dollars, and on top of that we've revamped how they appear in-game. For example, we've got a special item rendering feature for dollars and cents to really get a good look at them like so:
Edit-update April 12th, 2026: Compliments to one of our staff members (@mimesmori) for getting us properly realistic 90s dollar bills to use on the server, changes will be reflected in-game but not here!
As for some reworks on the downed system, we've got a new popup to help guide players along when they do get downed and if you "explode" (i.e. actually die) you will now properly respawn at your death location in the downed state.
Also for our cops out there we've got a major quality of life improvement while out on patrol: A quick access lights/sirens adjuster:
