Target Uptime: 99.5%+ monthly

Regular Restarts:

• Every 6 hours for performance
• Scheduled times: 12 AM, 6 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM EST
• Restart duration: ~3-5 minutes
• Warnings given: 15 min, 5 min, 1 min

Maintenance Windows:

• Tuesday 3-5 AM EST (if needed)
• For updates and patches
• Announced 24-48 hours advance
• Usually under 2 hours

Unscheduled Downtime:

• Emergency fixes: As needed
• Average: 1-2 hours monthly
• Announced immediately in Discord
• Updates provided during downtime

Server Status:

• Check the Server Status page on this website

Extended Downtime:

• Major updates: 2-6 hours
• Hardware maintenance: Announced weeks ahead
• Emergency repairs: Rare but possible
• Always communicated in Discord

If Server is Down:

1. Check Server Status
2. Wait for announcement
3. Don't spam asking "server down?"
4. Be patient - staff are working on it

Reporting Issues:

• If status shows online but you can't connect, report it
• Provide error messages
• Include your connection attempts
• Help us identify problems quickly
